Our work recently has included:

• Bid preparation for more than 20 organisations (including GP practices, commercial organisations, GP consortia, LLPs, social enterprises, etc) seeking NHS contracts across the UK
• Advising on unplanned care pathways and helping clients to bid for out-of-hours and urgent care contracts
• Developing business cases for new premises for GP practices across the UK: we are currently working on projects in the Midlands and West Yorkshire
• Assisting with the mobilisation of several APMS GP practices and walk-in centres including the implementation of non- clinical protocols and procedures
• General consultancy support to GP practices across the UK
• Recruitment and appraisal of GP practice managers
• Preparing business plans, facilitating practice mergers, and advising on the development of GP federations/consortia/collaboratives
• Assisting poorly performing GP practices
• Preparing Strategic Service Development Plans
• Authoring the “Procurement” and “Strategic Planning” sections of the Primary and Social Care Planning and Design web site
